Demo FAQ

Do I need a permit for demolition?
It depends on the project. Structural demo like shed or deck removal typically doesn't require a permit for residential properties in Meridian and Boise. Interior demo for remodels may require one depending on the scope. We'll let you know upfront if a permit is needed and can help coordinate for a flat $50 fee.
Do you disconnect utilities before demo?
No — any electrical, plumbing, or gas connections need to be disconnected by a licensed professional before we start. We handle the structural tear-down and haul-away only. We'll let you know if anything needs to be disconnected before we can begin.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is to text a few photos of what needs to come down to (208) 789-1218. We can quote most jobs from photos same day. For larger or more complex jobs we'll schedule a quick on-site walkthrough.
How long does demo take?
Most residential demo jobs — sheds, decks, fences — take between 2 and 6 hours. Larger projects like concrete removal or multi-room drywall can take a full day. We give you a time estimate with your quote.
What happens to the debris?
Everything gets loaded into our trailer and hauled to the appropriate disposal facility. Wood goes to Timber Creek Recycling when possible. Metal gets scrapped. Concrete goes to concrete recyclers. We handle disposal responsibly.
Do you do commercial demolition?
We focus on residential demolition — decks, sheds, fences, interior fixtures, and similar projects. For large commercial or structural demo that requires heavy equipment, we can refer you to the right contractor.
